    If we are unable to assign a suitable expert for your order, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • Missed Submission Deadline:

  • Order Cancellation:
    You may cancel your order within three (3) hours of payment, provided the order has been confirmed but not yet assigned to an expert. A 100% refund will be issued in this case.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • No Tutor Assigned, Less Than Half Deadline Passed (168 hours or more):
    You qualify for a 90% refund, minus transaction and refund fees.
  • Tutor Assigned, Less Than Half Deadline Passed (168 hours or more):
    You qualify for a 70% refund, with compensation deducted for the work already completed by the tutor.
  • Tutor Assigned, More Than Half Deadline Passed, or Revision Tutor Not Available:
    You qualify for a 50% refund.

Please note the following important points regarding our refund policy:

  • Disputed Claims:
    If you are dissatisfied with the quality or specifications of the work and wish to request a refund, please provide supporting evidence within 3 days of receiving the completed order. Our Quality Assurance Department will evaluate your claim based on the evidence provided.
  • Order Cancellations:
    To cancel an order, submit a cancellation request within two hours of payment. Once the order has been assigned to a tutor, no refunds will be issued.
  • Approval of Completed Orders:
    You have ten (10) days to review and approve the completed order. If no response is received within this period, the order will be automatically approved, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Plagiarism-Free Guarantee:
    We guarantee that the delivered work will have a plagiarism level lower than 15%. Any claims related to plagiarism will be assessed by our Quality Assurance Department.
  • Complete Refunds:
    Full refunds can only be requested within ten (10) days of receiving your order. The final decision regarding the refund will be made by our Quality Assurance Department, considering the evidence provided.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    In case of a dispute, we will work with the tutor and evaluate the situation. Additional evidence may be requested. Failure to provide requested information within ten days will result in the closure of the dispute, and no refund will be issued.
  • Case Resolution:
    For any open disputes, all relevant documents and correspondence will be submitted to the appropriate institution. Resolution may take between 1-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the case.
  • Revised Work:
    If a revision is agreed upon, please allow a minimum of 36-72 hours for the tutor to complete the revised version. Delays in receiving the revised work cannot be grounds for a refund.
  • Copyright and Material Usage:
    If a full refund is issued, you are not entitled to use the results or any materials provided during the course of the work. All rights to the materials remain with us, and we reserve the right to publish the work for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of the materials may lead to legal action.
